Sangria Blanca with Peach Schnapps and Berries
Sangria can be so fun. There are so many ways to make it and play with the ingredients. I have enjoyed it on beaches in Majorca prepared with Cream de Huevo liquor, restaurants in Barcelona made with special local Spanish wines and in the foodie town of San Sebastian where the Michelen starred restaurants offer interesting and creative concoctions made with all kinds of delectable combinations. Sangria is fun to play with.
Bulla Gastrobar offers a red and a white Sangria, and it goes down so easy. This is their recipe for their White Sangria with berries. The addition of Triple Sec gives it just a bit of an orange taste that adds another layer of flavor.
Bulla has locations everywhere from Charlotte to Coral Gables, to Atlanta to Plano, Texas. We have three in Miami. But, if your not near a Bulla Gastrobar, here is their recipe shared from their Charlotte location.
