Honeycomb , Cheese and Blackberry Stack

Use honey on everything for a multitude of health benefits. It’s delicious drizzled on hard or soft cheeses or over soft ricotta, in your coffee, over a spicy pork loin to cool it down or simply whipped up in a salad dressing.

When making a cheese stack such as this, make sure that you purchase only flat cheese, so that you may lay them one on top of the other to make sure that they do not topple over.

I used a blue cheese brie, a goat cheese gouda and a hard block of Parmesan Regiano. Using honeycomb is delightful to decorate as the light filters through the wax and resonates a bright gold color. The blackberries bring in a pop of color to the artistic display and the rosemary adds the most delicious relaxing and peaceful smell.
